As chairman and president Stanton provides the vision for the company—starting with patents in both chemical and electronic time-temperature integration spanning 25 years. Since 2002 when he founded Infratab, Stanton worked across the company to develop business and technology strategies to guide the direction of Infratab’s products—with special focus on new technologies, product design and assembly. |
Experience: Over 25 years of R&D in time-temperature and four patents. President of Bouquet Multimedia, an independent film studio—1994-2001. VP Marketing/International at Quarterdeck (NASDAQ: QDEK) from 1983-1994, where he took a system utility and turned it into the highest volume retail software product next to Microsoft Windows. An independent filmmaker of four features and winner of thirty plus awards including United Nations Award for New Ways and Means of Communication, 1964 and Director’s Fortnight, Cannes Film Festival, 1969. Stanton is an American Film Institute Fellow, 1969. |

Co-founder/President of Quarterdeck (NASDAQ:QDEK) a leading PC software utility company from 1983-1994. Under Terry Quarterdeck’s products were consistently ranked best in class. Its innovations in multitasking, memory management and uninstaller utilities and its excellence in guerrilla marketing resulted in Quarterdeck being ranked one of the top twenty US software companies. Prior to Quarterdeck, Terry was vice president, Citicorp, in various organizations—including TTI, responsible for Citibank’s automated teller (ATM) & Citicard. 1992 Los Angeles Entrepreneur of the Year. Experience: Morse Alumni Distinguished Teaching Professor of Food Science in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at the University of Minnesota; author of over 215 scientific refereed research articles. Selected in the group of 100 most highly cited scientists in Agriculture and Food Science based on refereed research publications in the last 20 years. 1998 Marcel Loncin Research Prize from IFT. 1995 Dairy and Food Industries/ American Association of Agricultural Engineers Food Engineer's Award; 1995 Gamma Sigma Delta, National Agricultural Honorary Society Award of Merit B.S. and Ph.D. in Food Science at MIT. |

Kristine heads Infratab’s product integrity team. Infratab Freshtime™ tags provide the perishable producer, shipper, retailer and insurer with new insight into what really has happened to its products while in the cold chain. Using Freshtime™ tags and software tools, Infratab’s product integrity team assists perishable producers in fine-tuning shelf life data, tag alerts and reader business rules. |
Experience: Kristine received her B.A. from Harvard University in 1989 in Biochemistry and went on to pursue molecular biological research for Johnson and Johnson’s Pharmaceutical Research Institute. In 1999 she earned her M.D. from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA and continued for two years as a plastic surgical resident at Cornell University in New York City. She left clinical medicine for a hiatus during which she contributed to the starting work at Infratab, Inc. and later returned to residency in Family Practice in New Jersey. She is currently finishing her residency while also working for Infratab. |

Ken is responsible for determining marketing and product strategy for Infratab in the pharmaceutical industry. |
Experience: Part-time hospice physician. Emergency medicine practice at Mercy Hospital in Miami, 1977 to 1999; officer and director of Emergency Room Medical Associates. M.D. from Johns Hopkins, trained in Medicine at University of Florida (Shands Hospital), and board certified in both Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine. Prior to his medical career Ken received a B.A. in mathematics from Harvard and an M.S.I.A. from Carnegie Mellon University, after which he worked as management consultant at S.D. Leidesdorf & Co. in New York. He served on the board of the American Heart Association for seven years and current activities include active board participation in a fledgling physician-owned HMO and a non-profit ALS group, reading for the blind, singing in a chorus and tournament bridge. |
